MY DAUGHTER IN A FASHION SHOW (ON THE RIGHT)
hey

I have not posted in a while...too busy lately.

If you are a Project Runway fan...I assume you saw the season finale. GREAT!

I do believe that the judges gave the prize to Christian because he is a young upcoming designer with loads of talent...however in my opinion the best designs on the runway (final collection) were from Rami. WOW...

If you watched the show..what do you think?

Black Tuesday???

Good Morning
Well I guess Wall Street is calling today, Black Tuesday. Why?...you ask, because the stock market is way down...also foreign stocks have taken a nose dive... Is this a signal for difficult financial times ahead?...we've been heading that way it seems...

If you are able to comment, please do....what do you think?

It's back to work for me after a 3 day weekend. It is raining here...my back yard never looked so green!!!!...that's a good thing,

If you are watching the political scene...things are heating up between Obama and the Clintons....

Share your thoughts with me today.

By US Poet Laureate Charles Simic 2007-08
LATE SEPTEMBER
The mail truck goes down the coast
Carrying a single letter.
At the end of a long pier
The bored seagull lifts a leg now and then
And forgets to put it down.
There is a menace in the air
Of tragedies in the making.

Last night you thought you heard television
In the house next door.
You were sure it was some new
Horror they were reporting,
So you went out to find out.
Barefoot, wearing just shorts.
It was only the sea sounding weary
After so many lifetimes
Of pretending to be rushing off somewhere
And never getting anywhere.

This morning, it felt like Sunday.
The heavens did their part
By casting no shadow along the boardwalk
Or the row of vacant cottages,
Among them a small church
With a dozen gray tombstones huddled close
As if they, too, had the shivers.

HAVE A GREAT DAY TODAY

Getting Started

Wow...this is my first blog..

If you are reading, hope you will not find it boring.

It's Saturday, January 19, 2008..the day before the "big game"

That is..The San Diego Chargers vs. New England Patriots football game. Obviously I am pulling for a Charger win! Personally I think it would be great to see the San Diego Chargers go to the Superbowl this year.... I am sure some of you have other opinions and I welcome them.
The photo I have added today was taken on Cape Cod. I vacationed there in October...it was great! and my very first vist to the East Coast.
Ok..that is all I have to say this morning...and will leave you with this thought
